K & F were invited to a wedding in a community where they have been ministering lately. A young man, whom they have been discipling, shared boldly with the H**du guests.
The Lord brought K & F to a sari shop on the east coast of the island in a strong H**du town to start discipleship with a new believer.
A friend of K & F invited them to share with a doctor who was open to spiritual conversation. This meeting turned into weeping repentance as she placed her faith in Jesus.
Will you pray for K & F as they go into spiritually dark areas where the Gospel has yet to go?
- Pray for strength and stamina
- Pray against spiritual opposition
- Pray for them as they enter the last trimester of pregnancy for F
- Pray against discouragement as they encounter obstacles
GraceLife Baptist Church is in awe of all God did through them in 2014 among the Ndau of Zimbabwe. A small church now exists in a spiritually dark area of the country. GraceLife is grateful the Lord allowed them to be a part of such great and needed work. Please pray that God will continue to work among the Ndau, changing hearts while strengthening and raising up church leaders who are “sold out” to Jesus. GraceLife has 4 ministry trips scheduled for 2015. Pray that church members will step out in faith and obedience and participate on one of the 2015 ministry teams in order to continue the work of making disciples, teaching, and guiding the Ndau.
More than 400,000 people of the Sihanaka people group live in the wetlands that surround the largest lake in Madagascar. The land of the Sihanaka people group is perfect for rice-farming; and the majority of this country’s staple food comes out of this area. Unfortunately, this land is far from perfect for gospel seed sewing and church planting. The Sihanaka are unreached because they are hard to reach. It is impossible to drive to most of the places they live. However, nothing is too difficult for our God. Pray for the Lord to call missionaries, both home and foreign, to take the gospel to this difficult to reach people who so desperately need Jesus.
The only missionaries living among the Betsimisaraka people of north east Madagascar had to leave Madagascar for medical reasons several months ago. The Betsimisarka are still unreached and now are once again unengaged. But these missionaries did have the privilege of baptizing five men the week before their departure. Please pray for these new believers. These men have not only committed to continue to meet together for Bible Study but also to teach the Bible in another village. Pray for these men who live in the city of Sambava to rely on the Holy Spirit for understanding God’s Word and for them to continue to grow in their relationship with Christ Jesus. Pray that they will plant the seed of God’s Word in the lives of other Betsimisaraka. Pray that new missionaries will be called to the Bestimisaraka but also pray that the Lord would use these new believers and the ones they lead to the Lord to be His ambassadors for the Gospel among this people group.
